IELTS Instructor

Job Description:

College of International Skills and Development is seeking a qualified IELTS Instructor to deliver training under the NAVTTC IELTS preparation program. The instructor will be responsible for providing result-oriented training aligned with NAVTTC guidelines and student success goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)

Prepare lesson plans in line with NAVTTC curriculum and reporting requirements

Assess student performance through mock tests and regular evaluations

Guide students on test strategies, time management, and band score improvement

Provide feedback and mentoring to help students achieve target band scores

Maintain attendance, progress reports, and NAVTTC documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in English, Linguistics, or related field

IELTS certification or proven high band score (preferred)

1–2 years of IELTS teaching experience (preferred)

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Familiarity with NAVTTC processes/documentation is a plus
