IELTS PTE Instructor

IELTS/PTE/OET Instructor

We are looking for an experienced and qualified instructor to teach students preparing for IELTS, PTE and OET standardized English tests. As an IELTS/PTE/OET Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching focused on achieving success in these international examinations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct group and 1-on-1 instruction for IELTS/PTE/OET test preparation
• Teach lessons focused on developing Core English skills - reading, writing, speaking and listening
• Provide question-solving strategies and tips tailored to examination patterns
• Identify student weaknesses and work to improve problematic areas
• Track student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Maintain updated knowledge of test format, syllabus changes, scoring patterns
• Assign mock tests and practice materials for self-study
• Grade practice tests and provide constructive feedback
• Design customized study plans according to student skill level
• Monitor student progress and provide motivation and mentoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, Education or relevant field
• Certificate in TESOL, TEFL, TESL or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years experience teaching IELTS/PTE/OET preparation
• Excellent English proficiency - native level fluency
• Strong grasp of IELTS/PTE/OET test formats, syllabus, scoring
• Ability to identify weaknesses and tailor coaching strategies
• Passion for teaching English as a foreign/second language
• Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
