Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS and PTE Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a strong understanding of the IELTS/ PTE exam, including its format, content, and scoring criteria. As an IELTS Instructor, you will be responsible for preparing students to achieve high scores on the IELTS exam, enabling them to pursue their academic and professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and effective IELTS preparation strategies, covering all sections of the test (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Conduct mock tests to simulate the exam environment, provide feedback, and track student progress.
• Develop customized study plans and strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS/PTE exam patterns and requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development of instructional materials and resources.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and test preparation journey.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors /MA/M.Phil degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in teaching IELTS or other standardized English language tests.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and levels of proficiency.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching tools.
