IELTS & PTE Trainer Required

Location: Nicon Group of Colleges,Rawalpindi Pakistan

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in IELTS/PTE training

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month

Job Description:
Nicon Group of Colleges is looking for a motivated and experienced IELTS & PTE Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and coaching students to achieve their desired scores in IELTS and PTE exams. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of English, and the ability to design engaging lessons for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions for IELTS and PTE candidates.
• Design lesson plans covering all exam modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking (IELTS) and Speaking & Writing, Reading, Listening (PTE).
• Develop study materials, exercises, and mock tests for student practice.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest exam formats, scoring patterns, and teaching techniques.
• Motivate and guide students to improve English language skills and test confidence.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IELTS & PTE coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods according to student needs.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple classes.
