Job Title: IELTS & PTE Trainer

Location: NICON Group of Colleges, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in IELTS/PTE training
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field
Salary: PKR 120,000 – 150,000 per month

Job Description:
NICON Group of Colleges is looking for a motivated and experienced IELTS & PTE Trainer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for Training students to achieve their desired scores in IELTS and PTE exams. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong command of the English language, and the ability to design engaging lessons for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and online training sessions for IELTS and PTE candidates.
Design lesson plans covering all exam modules, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking for IELTS, and Speaking & Writing, Reading, and Listening for PTE.
Develop study materials, exercises, and mock tests for student practice.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Stay updated with the latest exam formats, scoring patterns, and teaching techniques.
Motivate and guide students to improve their English language skills and test confidence.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IELTS and PTE coaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam structures and scoring criteria.
Ability to adapt teaching methods according to students’ needs.
Well-organized and capable of managing multiple classes.
Must have appeared in IELTS exam with a minimum overall band score of 7.5.
Must have appeared in PTE exam with a minimum overall score of 80+.
