IELTS Support Officer (Female – Arabic & English)

Job Purpose

To provide efficient front office support to IELTS candidates, ensuring professional handling of inquiries, counseling, and registration processes. In addition, this role contributes to business growth and revenue generation by actively promoting IELTS preparation courses, value-added services, and bundling offers, while supporting overall customer service excellence in line with IDP’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Assistance & Front Office Operations

  • Assist walk-in candidates with IELTS test and preparation course registrations.
  • Provide accurate responses to IELTS-related queries from students and candidates.
  • Offer initial counseling to students regarding IELTS preparation options.
  • Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage front office reception desk responsibilities when required.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Actively promote and sell IELTS preparation courses conducted by IDP at Millennium Hotel, including:

- IELTS Fast Track Online (5 days)
- IELTS Fast Track In-Person (5 days)
- IELTS Mindset Comprehensive Level 1 (weekly sessions)

  • Recommend value-added services such as placement services to define language proficiency and recommend the right preparation course level.
  • Promote bundled package offers to maximize enrollments and candidate value.
  • Encourage candidates to attend IDP’s IELTS Masterclasses, highlighting how they can enhance readiness and lead to enrollment in paid preparation courses.
  • Collaborate with the IELTS team to achieve sales targets and contribute to front office revenue growth.

3. Candidate & CRM Management

  • Create and update candidate leads on Zoho CRM for IELTS courses.
  • Handle Kuwait University Zoho desk tickets during registration seasons.
  • Support candidates with accurate and timely updates regarding registration and test processes.

4. Records & Reporting

  • Update offside Excel sheets with information from CD sheets to maintain accurate records.
  • Support back-office teams by sharing required updates and ensuring data accuracy.

5. Events & Outreach

  • Attend IELTS education fairs, partner events, and IDP expos to promote IELTS services and preparation courses.
  • Support distribution of brochures and marketing materials at education/partner events.

6. Language & Cultural Support

  • Provide English/Arabic translation services for Student Placement (SP) Counselors to assist students in understanding study abroad opportunities.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to: IELTS Test Centre Administrator / IELTS Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 per month
