IELTS TEACHER

We are seeking a qualified and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and experience in teaching or preparing students for the IELTS examination. The trainer will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging lessons that help students achieve their target IELTS band scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Academic and/or General Training) for students of varying proficiency levels.
• Design and deliver interactive lessons focusing on all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide individualized feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Develop and update study materials, mock tests, and practice exercises aligned with the latest IELTS test patterns.
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain accurate records of performance.
• Conduct mock tests, speaking interviews, and writing evaluations on a regular basis.
• Stay informed about the latest IELTS exam trends, updates, and scoring criteria.
• Provide academic counseling and guidance to help students set and achieve their IELTS goals.
• Collaborate with other trainers and academic staff to maintain high teaching standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field).
• IELTS band score of 7.5 or higher (preferred).
• Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer, English Language Trainer, or ESL teacher.
• Excellent command of English grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Familiarity with IELTS exam format and marking criteria.
• Ability to use digital tools and online teaching platforms effectively (for virtual classes).

Preferred Qualifications:

• TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification.
• Experience teaching both one-on-one and group classes.

Experience developing or editing IELTS course content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
