Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an IELTS Trainer, based in Mardān. The trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons, assisting students in developing their English language skills, and improving their performance in all IELTS test components. Key responsibilities include planning lessons, providing practice materials, conducting mock tests, assessing performance, and offering constructive feedback to help students achieve their desired scores.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and general Teaching abilities
• Experience in developing and delivering structured Lesson Planning tailored for individual needs
• Specialized knowledge and expertise in IELTS exam preparation
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate students
• Experience in guiding students to develop their language proficiency for academic or professional purposes
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Certification in English language teaching such as TEFL/TESOL or IELTS instructor certification is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a classroom environment
