Overview

UK-Qualified IFAs Welcome: This role is open to FCA-regulated professionals (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP) based in the United Kingdom. Most of our clients provide full visa sponsorship, some offer relocation assistance, and guidance on cross-border compliance for international placements.

Whilst the roots of our new client go back over 30 years, the Network has changed brands and legal jurisdictions several times. The most significant changes to the Network have occurred over the last few years. The end of 2005 saw a change of management and since that time the company has grown from just 17 Members to over 120 Members, operating in 47 countries. The Network has subsequently diversified into the current entity which provides investment advice to clients resident outside of the EU, and several separate regulated Network legal entities which are licensed to provide investment advice within the EU. They are structured to facilitate the fast and efficient processing of client business, payments to their members, along with administration, compliance, technical and investment support. They only operate as a Network and do not have in-house, client facing advisors or maintain private clients and therefore consider their members as the most important asset in tandem with providing high levels of duty of care to their clients. They proudly hold an exemplary compliance record with a well-established infrastructure, housing over 170 IFAs and Wealth Management companies that choose to utilize their services to date, amounting to $1BN+ under advice across the network. To facilitate and support high volumes of business for their members, the firm currently employs a team of 20+ full time office based administration, compliance and accounting staff at their global head offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Options to join the network:

1. Independent Advisor - Representing your name or trading style with a network email address, if required.
2. Legal Entity - Representing your own company or brokerage with their services integrated, or dual branded.

Terms & Services:

• Full compliance, administration and investment committee support is provided for the life of the membership
• Members receive 80% of all commissions/fees/trails/premium renewals on gross revenues received from our providers (rising to 85% upon 150K gross revenues received)
• Commissions/fees/trails/renewals are reconciled and paid daily
• 100% Advisor/Legal Entity ownership of client book/AUM is guaranteed
• Exit strategy and book buyout facilities are available on request
• Full autonomy and freedom to work/manage your business as you decide (within regulatory/compliance guidelines)
• Open architecture on providers, fund selection and charging structure
• Option to dual brand with your company
• Once-off Membership/Joining fee, with no further charges thereafter

Registered offices & Licenses:

Mauritius - Cat 1 Unrestricted Investment Advisory and IDD licensed, covering client business Internationally, outside of EU

• The firm is listed as an Investment Adviser (unrestricted) and as an Insurance Broker by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission

Cyprus - MiFID2 - Covering EU Investment business. Insurance - IDD - Covering EU Insurance business.

• The company is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission

UAE and Dubai - This is a great opportunity also for financial advisors wanting to work REMOTELY in Dubai. Some providers now directly authorised in the DIFC, meaning you can offer new business for UAE residents via a well known Life Company's investment and savings products, including providers like Ardan platforms etc.

Please note: Applicants should have at least three (3) years' client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII or equivalent). This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
