The Account Executive – IFM is responsible for the end-to-end management and performance of multiple IFM contracts across assigned Project sites. The role ensures seamless delivery of technical and soft FM services, compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs, financial control including invoicing and cost management, HSE & ESG compliance, CAFM-driven digital operations, and strategic client relationship management. The position acts as the single point of accountability for operational excellence, service optimization, and value creation.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related technical discipline
Professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
NEBOSH / IOSH
FM Certification (IFMA / BIFM or equivalent)
CAFM system training certification
Work Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Facilities Management
At least 3 years in an IFM environment (multi-service contract)
Experience managing manufacturing / industrial sites (preferred)
Experience handling multi-site or large-scale FM contracts
Proven experience managing subcontractors and service vendors
Strong knowledge of SOFT/ MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Utilities)
Experience in Preventive & Reactive Maintenance planning
Familiarity with CAFM systems (FACILIO or equivalent)
Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements
Understanding of ESG and sustainability practices in FM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
