This Position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations of Innovative Food Solutions.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling loads to the appropriate plants while ensuring accurate pricing and clear communication with haulers and plant personnel. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage frequent changes, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule loads and assign them to the correct plants based on contracts and operational needs

Track and maintain accurate pricing information for all loads

Communicate load schedules, changes, and updates to haulers and plant personnel

Report on weekly volumes to the Management Team

Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and urgent requests

Create and maintain reports for regen ag and other projects

Ensure all logistics information is accurate, timely, and properly documented

Assist in Training carriers for the load delivery process

Support the Logistics Coordinator Lead with reporting and coordination as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage multiple changes and shifting priorities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
