Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and driving engagement across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through social media.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Design engaging graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to align messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the e-commerce space to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management strategies.
  • Experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics to drive decision-making processes.
  • Knowledge of public relations practices is a plus.
