IGCSE Biology Facilitator

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced IGCSE Biology Facilitator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling the IGCSE curriculum and a strong commitment to fostering a stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Curriculum Delivery:*

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging biology lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum.

- Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

2. *Student Assessment:*

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.

3. *Classroom Management:*

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.

- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning space.

4. *Resource Development:*

- Develop and utilize a range of teaching materials and resources, including laboratory experiments, multimedia tools, and interactive activities.

5. *Student Support:*

- Offer additional support and tutoring for students who require extra assistance.

- Monitor and address individual student needs and progress.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's academic community.

7. *Parental Engagement:*

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.

- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide detailed reports on student performance.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

- Degree in Biology, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching the IGCSE Biology curriculum.

- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Biology syllabus and examination requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.

- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
