Job Title: ICT TeacherDepartment: AcademicsReports to: Academic Coordinator / PrincipalJob Purpose:
To deliver engaging and effective ICT (Information and Communication Technology) lessons to students, helping them develop strong computer literacy, digital skills, and responsible technology usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured ICT lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach a range of computer-related topics, including basic operations, MS Office tools, internet safety, coding, and digital applications.
- Integrate technology into classroom teaching across subjects wherever applicable.
- Maintain the computer lab, ensuring systems, software, and internet connections are functional and secure.
- Encourage responsible digital citizenship and safe online behavior among students.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate student performance through projects and tests.
- Provide guidance and technical support to students and teachers as required.
- Maintain records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Stay updated with new educational technologies, tools, and teaching strategies.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / BCA or equivalent.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in ICT at school level is an advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic coding (Python/Scratch).
- Understanding of digital safety and cyber ethics.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and teaching.

Pay: ₹13,391.30 - ₹37,024.74 per month
