IGCSE Primary Teachers

We are looking for Primary ( Maths , Science , English , Global Perspectives ) Teachers for a top international school in Adyar, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary/IGCSE framework.
• Create age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
• Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment tools.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with grade-level and subject teams for planning and academic coordination.
• Communicate regularly with parents on student progress and well-being.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum planning.

• Strong understanding of Cambridge Primary and IGCSE curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create interactive and inquiry-driven lessons.
• Student-centric approach with strong pastoral care skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
• Specialization in Primary Education or relevant subject.
• Prior experience in IGCSE/Cambridge schools preferred.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Passion for working with young learners and supporting holistic development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
