IIQ

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SailPoint development, including workflows, rules, provisioning, and certification processes. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing identity solutions to support business and security requirements.

• Design and develop solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
• Implement and customize workflows, rules, and connectors
• Manage and support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes
• Configure and maintain access certification campaigns
• Develop and maintain roles, policies, and identity lifecycle management
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications (AD, LDAP, HR systems, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions

• Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow
• Hands-on experience with: Workflows Rules (BeanShell/Java) Provisioning Certification (Access Reviews)
• Good knowledge of Java, XML, and scripting
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of IAM/IGA concepts and best practices
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL databases
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Experience in role-based access control (RBAC)
• Knowledge of cloud identity solutions
• SailPoint certification (IIQ Engineer / IdentityNow Engineer) is a plus
• Experience with DevOps tools and version control (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
