IL - 1416 - Sr Developer-MERN Stack

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr Developer-MERN Stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js and React.js , coupled with proven experience in leading a team of engineers. As a Senior developer, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction, ensuring high code quality, and delivering scalable solutions for complex applications.

Position: Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Location: Mohali / Hyderabad

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll own end-to-end development of core SaaS platform features—from designing scalable APIs and building responsive React interfaces to optimizing database performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs in Node.js/Express.
• Build and maintain complex front-end applications using React, including state management, component testing, and performance tuning.
• Model data and optimize queries in MongoDB for large volumes of CRM data.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and QA to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead performance optimization efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

• 9+ years professional experience in full-stack development with Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of REST API design, microservices, and scalability patterns.
• Strong testing skills (unit, integration, end-to-end) using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Hands on experience with AWS services like Lambda, Cloud watch, EventBridge, Cloud front S3, AWS transcribe.etc..
• Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with building AI Agents (Bonus)
• Background in Sales or CRM domain.
