Illusion Museum Manager / Jeddah

Hello!

We are looking for a responsible and organized person for the position of Illusion Museum Manager in Jeddah. At the initial stage, the work will involve finding a suitable space for opening the museum; after signing the lease agreement, you will be able to start your duties as the museum manager.

“House of Attractions” is a network of unique entertainment venues in Poland, attracting thousands of visitors every day. We are looking for a manager who will help create and bring this space to life.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Arabic
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
• Ability to organize your work and lead a team
• Communication skills, responsibility, and independence
• Experience in team management or event organization is a plus
• Experience in marketing is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Find suitable property for lease
• Organize and coordinate the daily operations of the attractions
• Manage staff schedules and workflow
• Resolve technical and organizational issues as they arise
• Maintain order and ensure smooth operations of the facility
• Liaise with management and prepare daily activity reports
