Job Description

We are hiring a Design & ID Card Setup Executive to handle ID card designing, alignment, and print-ready setup. The role requires precision, consistency, and speed for bulk production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and align ID cards for single and bulk orders
• Prepare print-ready layouts with proper bleed and margins
• Accurately place photos, names, logos, barcodes, and QR codes
• Handle variable data (names, numbers, departments)
• Maintain uniformity across bulk ID card sheets
• Make quick corrections and revisions when required
• Coordinate with printing and lamination teams

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)
• Good knowledge of artboards, layers, alignment, CMYK
• Understanding of bleed, trim, and safe zones
• Ability to work fast with high accuracy
