Illustrator & Textbook Designer (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations and visual content for textbooks and educational materials
• Design and layout textbook pages using Adobe InDesign
• Develop and edit illustrations using Adobe Illustrator
• Format and edit textbook content across multiple design software platforms
• Prepare print-ready files with a strong understanding of press printing requirements (color modes, bleed, resolution, paper stock considerations, etc.)
• Collaborate with authors, editors, and content teams to ensure visual accuracy and consistency
• Maintain design standards and templates across multiple textbook projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Illustrator and/or Textbook Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign (essential)
• Working knowledge of press/print production technicalities
• Ability to edit and format textbooks using multiple design software tools
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing illustration and textbook/print design work (required for application)

Salary: Will be Discussed in an Interview
Position based in: North Nazimabad Karachi

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
