Job Description

Co-ordinate with the Site Supervisor in the day to day running of the maintained premises and ensure that high degree of cleanliness of the managed residential or commercial buildings / exteriors of residential compounds, roads and common areas at all times and that obligations are met in full.

Responsibilities

• Ensure agreed standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas assigned in accordance with correct procedure and administration
• Maintain all equipment, furniture and furnishings in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration
• Collect the litter in common areas of residentials, commercial building and roads in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration
• Attend clients/costumers' complaints and other related requirements swiftly and accurately
• Assist the garbage vehicles driver in emptying the garbage bins into the truck swiftly and accurately
• Identify and anticipates client/customer requirements and needs to be coordinated to the Site Supervisor as when required
• Perform duties / locations assigned by the company from time to time
• Take corrective action against emergency situations and immediately report to the AS
• Ensure that cleaning standard is adhered to at all times as per the building's Health and Safety Policies and

Qualifications

• Experience in the Cleaning/Housekeeping industry, ability to work with minimum supervision
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the job requirements
• Ability to demonstrate: Literacy and Numeracy (Basic)
• Must display good manners and tidiness
• Middle East experience will be preferred but is not essential.
