i) Service Delivery:

1. Ensure implementation of safe working practices in the circle

2. Monitoring IME/OME/SME performance on PM quality and addressing CM gaps on Daily/weekly basis.

3. Addressing Equipment I-Hygiene Open TT for Closure.

4. Monitor SLA compliance and quality of Corrective Maintenance so that desired network uptime is maintained, and service credit is reduced and also ensuring CM closure within SLA.

5. Analyzing RCA /Sub RCA and addressing the gaps to implement Correct RCA & Sub RCA and monitoring the Field failures report relevant to the equipment and to improve IME/SME technical skills on equipment side.

6. New / Refurbished equipment Installation support from OEM and extending support to IME/SME partners for warranty complaints through OEM.

7. Analysis of frequent failing sites & equipment’s and carrying out the rectification.

(ii) Governance and Reporting:

1. Conducting governance and performance review meeting with partners (as per defined schedule)

2. Process governance for KPI achievement and SME performance

3. Monitoring of IME/SME/OME performance parameters as per contract and KPI signoffs.

4. Ensuring process adherence and compliance through partners and other internal / external stakeholders

5. Evolve processes for monitoring and control of partner performance through proper validation of activities

6. Implementation of special projects at field on asset integrity and energy as per requirement.

7. Adoption of TQM practices and PDCA problem solving approach.

(iii) Asset Management:

1. Analyzing equipment failures and chalk out action plan for improvement

2. Optimum utilization of capex as per defined processes and guidelines

3. Managing equipment and material during natural calamity and BCP invocation

4. Coordinating with SCM to get refurbished material according to the field requirement

5. Product feedback on the new and refurbishment material / equipment performance to SCM/Circle management

6. New initiatives for product development

7. Alignment with opex team for budget preparation and coordination with SCM and finance team for AMC, R&M activities, partner payments and replacement procurements.

8. Reduction of equipment failure and cost optimization.

(iv) Spares Movement:

1. Monitoring and management of IME/OME/SME spares movement

2. Accounting and monitoring spares purchase from OEM/Authorized dealers

3. Auditing of spares and component replacement during preventive and corrective maintenance

4. Supporting IME Partners for procurement of critical /obsolete spares from OEM/Authorized dealers

5. Monitoring Spares stock at IME stock point / store locations and to maintain minimum stock level (MSL) based on the consumption pattern

6. MBRC cell movement monitoring and revival of cells based on field requirement to close open and critical complaints and coordinating with SCM for scrap disposal.

(v) Competence Development:

1.Identify training needs and organizing SME training for OME/ IME teams for efficient and effective outcome

2. Technical training on equipment (new joinees and refresher courses) and when new type of equipment is deployed in the network

3. Field team competency assessment based on trainings and field performance and support them for development

4. Ensuring behavioral training and emotional connect programs for field teams and technicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
