IME Marketing Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IME Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is key to growing our Independent Medical Examination (IME) services by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and promoting our physician panel. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing within the healthcare or medical-legal space and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to grow IME referrals.

Client & Physician Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, insurers, and TPAs.
  • Promote IME services and physician panel to prospective clients.
  • Assist with physician credentialing-related marketing activities.

Marketing Operations

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (email, social media, paid ads)
  • Create and maintain marketing materials (brochures, presentations, physician CVs, case studies).
  • Update and manage company website to ensure professional presentation.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics.

Event & Networking

  • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Network with potential clients and referral sources to generate new leads.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

  • Marketing Strategy: Experience developing and implementing marketing plans, identifying target audiences, and defining value propositions.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Content Marketing (articles, case studies, white papers), SEO/SEM (paid ads and organic optimization), Email Campaigns for lead generation and nurturing, Social Media Marketing (especially LinkedIn), Analytics (Google Analytics or similar tools).
  • Healthcare/Legal Knowledge: Understanding of IME process, HIPAA, confidentiality, and target markets (attorneys, insurance adjusters, TPAs).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship-building with law firms, insurance companies, and physicians.
  • Analytical and critical thinking for campaign evaluation.
  • Project management to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic industry.
  • Customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in healthcare, medical-legal, or IME marketing is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
