Immediate for Franchise Business Development Manager (Hyderabad)

We are seeking an energetic and performance-oriented Franchise Development Manager to drive the expansion of our franchise network. This position calls for a proactive individual with strong business development skills, strategic insight, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships with franchise owners.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Acquisition:

• Identify, engage, and assess prospective franchise partners through marketing initiatives, networking, events, and direct prospecting efforts.

Sales & Deal Closure:

• Oversee the complete franchise sales process, from lead generation to agreement execution, while maintaining a healthy sales funnel and meeting expansion goals.

Training & Onboarding:

• Design and conduct structured onboarding and training programs for new franchisees, ensuring compliance with organizational processes and brand guidelines.

Franchise Partner Support:

• Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing operational guidance, strategic advice, and ongoing support to drive their success.

Compliance & Performance Management:

• Ensure franchisees adhere to operational standards, brand requirements, and legal obligations through regular reviews, evaluations, and audits.

Strategic Expansion:

• Monitor market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to expansion strategies for entering new territories.

Financial Guidance:

• Assist franchise partners in reviewing financial performance, managing costs, and understanding financial reports, forecasts, and projections.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team and franchise partners to plan and implement effective local and national marketing initiatives.
