Job Title: Outdoor Marketing & Admissions Executive
Role Summary
Drive student enrollments by generating leads through outdoor marketing activities, building community relationships, and managing the end-to-end admissions process. You're the face of the institution both outside and inside.
Outdoor Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute BTL activities: school visits, mall kiosks, seminars, education fairs, housing society campaigns
- Build tie ups with schools, tuition centers, NGOs, and local influencers for lead generation
- Distribute marketing collaterals and conduct branding activities in target geographies
- Capture lead data accurately and update CRM/Google Sheets daily
- Track ROI of each outdoor activity and report performance weekly
Admissions & Counseling
- Handle walk in and call inquiries: counsel parents/students on courses, fees, outcomes, USP
- Conduct campus tours and presentations to prospective families
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive conversions
- Guide applicants through form filling, documentation, and fee payment
- Maintain admissions register and ensure data hygiene for audit/payroll
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with academic, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth admissions
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Submit daily DSR on leads contacted, visits done, and conversions to management
