Immediate Hiring: Step Van Delivery Driver – $23/hr

EZ Logistics is looking to hire DEPENDABLE AND SAFE DELIVERY DRIVERS to assist us in delivering packages! Saturday OR Sunday availability is required!!

Upon hiring, every associate will attend Step Van Certification (extra-large DOT vehicle). This ensures you are equipped to operate any vehicle within our fleet.

Step Van delivery drivers START at $23.00/hr.

- Delivery Driver Job Requirements

• Must possess STRONG physical stamina and endurance
• Daily start time - 09:15 am (subject to change)
• Must be able to skillfully drive a large delivery vehicle without causing damage to company/customer/public property
• Comprehension of basic handheld technology.
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable form of communication
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license within the state of employment
• Must consent to drug screening

- Delivery Driver Job Description

• Deliver packages from an rental delivery vehicle.
• Delivery drivers must be able to complete routes on time regardless of routine barriers. Average urban route stop count: 100-140. Average suburban route stop count: 150-190.
• Delivery Drivers will climb various flights of stairs, walk various driveways, and deliver in all weather conditions, which requires physical and mental stamina/endurance.
• Delivery vans use in-van camera technology to monitor and report unsafe driving behaviors such as hard accelerations, braking, cornering, distractions, speeding, seatbelt usage, stop sign violations, and following distance. Delivery Drivers must maintain acceptable safe driving behaviors (training provided).
• DSP monitors important quality metrics such as accuracy of delivery location, number of packages returned, and photo quality. Delivery drivers must maintain an acceptable standard of work (training provided).
