Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, perform cost evaluations, and use data-driven approaches. Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure profitable deals and manage vendor contracts. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with sourcing software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Soft skills: Excellent communication, time management, attention to detail, and leadership skills. Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, supply chain management, or human resources is often required.
