About the Job: Shawarma Cutter (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Shawarma Cutter to support our Shawarma section at Simply Shawarma. The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen work, especially assisting with Shawarma preparation, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in preparing, marinating, and grilling Shawarma under the supervision of the Shawarma Chef.
• Helping in assembling and serving Shawarma sandwiches and platters.
• Supporting daily kitchen operations including cleaning, cutting, and organizing ingredients.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Shawarma section at all times.
• Ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies.
• Following safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic kitchen experience, preferably in a Shawarma or grill setup.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be a resident of Qatar.

Experience:

• Restaurant or kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
