Greenscape Services offers professional, reliable and high- quality lawn care and snow removal services for both residential and commercial clients in the Duluth and surrounding areas.

Our ideal candidate is self driven, ambitious and reliable. Experience is preferred but not required as paid training for all positions will be provided. This position offers opportunities for annual employment for all seasons, snow, lawn, landscape and treatment technicians. Responsibilities:

• This position may range between full and part-time hours depending on weather conditions. On-call availability is required for this role. This position often requires early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend duty including holidays.
• Snow removal using a variety of Greenscape Services equipment, all provided by Greenscape Services, including Snow Blowers, pickup truck with snow plow, Skid Steers, Loaders and other Snow Removal Equipment from commercial and residential accounts throughout assigned areas.
• Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision to complete the job.
• At times shoveling of snow, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned related to facilities and site maintenance might be needed.
• Mileage reimbursement for (optional) use of your own vehicle.

Applicant Requirements

• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance
• Work evenings and weekends as needed
• Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• In good physical condition, able to lift 50# regularly, Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, crouch, reach, stoop, climb, crawl and kneel repeatedly throughout entire shift
• Ability to walk over rough, uneven or slippery terrain
• High energy level
• Enjoys working outdoors with a positive attitude
• This position IS OFTEN required to work night shifts and weekends for the winter season.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to safely operate a variety of machinery including but not limited to: pickup truck with plow, skid trucks, snow blowers, snow removal equipment, Loaders, snow blowers, snow removal equipment and other tools and devices.
