Executive Assistant / Social Media Manager (Part-Time, Remote & Local)

I am a public figure, influencer, entrepreneur, and creative business owner seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to help manage daily operations, brand growth, and social media engagement. This is a unique role with a profit-share opportunity, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Looking for someone who would like to be long-term. Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendar, scheduling, and time management
  • Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Patreon, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Develop and execute content strategies for growth
  • Handle merchandising (design coordination, production oversight, online sales)
  • Manage Patreon setup and subscriber engagement
  • Assist with website management (updates, coordination with designers)
  • Monitor email and DMs, draft responses, and manage communication
  • Coordinate projects with collaborators and vendors
  • Track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Strong written communication and engagement skills
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Print-on-Demand) is a plus
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Canva, and social media analytics
  • Laptop needed but but can be provided; tools/software provided as needed
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, and creative

Job Details:

  • Part-time: Up to 25 hours per week.
  • Remote + Local: Must be Los Angeles/Hollywood based for occasional in-person tasks yet imperative
  • Car preferred but not necessary
  • Profit share in addition to hourly/contract pay
  • Flexible hours but must be responsive and reliable

Hourly rate (negotiable, based on experience) + profit share and more

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract

Projected Total Compensation: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
