Reside Global Immigration Services is hiring three (3) Immigration Advisors to support our Australia, Europe, and Canada migration programs. We are seeking motivated professionals who can deliver accurate immigration guidance and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration information in line with current policies
  • Assess client profiles and recommend suitable migration pathways
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive and professional communication
  • Meet assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality and compliance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consulting

(Australia, Europe, or Canada programs preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-focused approach with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and online communication tools
  • Updated knowledge of immigration policies and procedures
