Benefits

  • Pay: From $90,000.00 per year DOE

Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of immigration matters
  • Preparing and filing USCIS applications, petitions, and supporting documentation
  • Representing clients in Immigration Court proceedings, asylum interviews, and USCIS interviews
  • Drafting legal briefs, motions, and appeals for immigration cases
  • Providing compassionate counsel to clients navigating the immigration system
  • Staying current with rapidly changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
