Immigration Attorney

Suday Law PLLC is seeking a bilingual Immigration Attorney (Spanish/English) with experience in removal proceedings and a strong passion for representing immigrants facing deportation. What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Immigration Removal Proceedings or a demonstrated commitment to learning and excelling in this area.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English—able to build trust and communicate clearly with clients.
• Ability to manage a docket independently, including preparing clients for court and developing case strategy.
• Skilled in drafting motions, legal briefs, and pleadings with attention to detail and legal precision.
• A professional who inspires client confidence, is empathetic, and can communicate complex legal processes clearly.
• Live in Houston, Texas, and travel (Approx. 1-5) as needed for hearings across the country.
