Immigration Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney with 2 to 4 years’ experience in deportation & removal defense, asylum/withholding of removal, and appeals & waivers, to join our Dallas-based team. Must be interested in working on immigration law cases in the courtroom. Courtroom experience is required (2 or more individual hearings). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Job Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member of the bar in good standing.
• Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S.

· Candidates must be thorough and able to work independently

· Oversee a team of at least 2 paralegals

· Must be proficient in legal research, word processing, and document databases.

· Be able to resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues.

· Organize, plan, and schedule cases on a priority basis

• Stay up to date on changes in immigration law and policy; communicate legal developments to clients and internal team members.
• Travel is needed for USCIS interviews, ICE visits, or out-of-state hearings.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, ensuring they are informed of case progress and next steps.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and local organizations to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
