About the Role

We are seeking an experienced U.S. Immigration Lawyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and hands-on experience handling a variety of cases, including family-based petitions, employment-based immigration, business visas, and waiver applications.

You will work directly with clients, prepare complex filings, and provide strategic immigration advice. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term role within a progressive and expanding practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Case Management

  • Provide expert legal advice on U.S. immigration matters, including:
  • Family-based immigration (I-130, I-485, I-751, K-1, etc.)
  • Employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM, EB categories)
  • Business and investor visas (E-1, E-2, EB-5)
  • Naturalisation (N-400), Citizenship, and Consular Processing
  • Waivers (I-601, I-212), VAWA, and humanitarian applications
  • Conduct consultations and assess client eligibility and case strategy.
  • Prepare, review, and submit applications, petitions, and supporting documents to USCIS, NVC, and U.S. Embassies.
  • Maintain active communication with clients throughout the process.

Legal Drafting & Compliance

  • Draft legal arguments, cover letters, briefs, and supporting statements.
  • Ensure each case complies with USCIS, DOS, DOL, and CBP regulations.
  • Monitor updates in U.S. immigration law, policy changes, and procedural updates.

Representation & Advocacy

  • Communicate with U.S. government agencies, including USCIS, NVC, and DOS.
  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other government correspondence.
  • Represent clients in interviews (virtually or in-person, if required).

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (good standing required).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent client communication and professional presentation.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience handling USCIS filings, NVC submissions, and consular matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,834.53 - $103,370.62 per year
