Immigration Attorney

This is a full-time remote position of an Immigration Attorney based in any city in the USA. As an Immigration Attorney at Skylex, your day-to-day tasks will include handling immigration law cases, advising clients on immigration issues, asylum, court hearings (with attending hearings sometimes), managing visa applications, and addressing various legal concerns.ABOUT SKYLEX

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of working experience as an Attorney in the USA (preferrably in the Immigration field, but we can onboard you and teach you everything if you are a great and ambitious lawyer!)
• A Bar License
• Basic understanding of U.S. immigration court and USCIS processes (or successful cases in other law field and desire to join Immigration firm)
• Professional approach appearance
• Proficiency in the English and Russian languages

JOB DUTIES

As an Immigration Attorney, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality consultations and assistance on all immigration issues. You will receive inquiries through the mobile app, moving afterward to the group chat to solve the client's problems. Your job duties may require you to assist some of your clients at hearings too.

UPCOMING TASKS

• Providing legal assistance to customers
• Perform court hearings and ICE deportation proceedings
• File family-based and employment-based petitions, asylum cases
• File cases and petitions with the help of experienced immigration paralegals
• Review forms and letters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
