Immigration Attorney

Well established immigration law practice is hiring a full-time attorney for our Los Angeles Location to provide in-person consultations for new clients, as well as representation before the immigration judge, perform legal research and draft motions, declarations, briefs, and appeals for mainly Spanish-speaking clientele. Bilingual in English and Spanish language is required.

We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 5 years minimum of immigration law practice experience, with a valid license to practice law in the U.S. The criteria to be considered must include experience and skills such as:

1. Direct representation of clients before USCIS and EOIR

2. Expertise and able to screen clients for adjustment of status, inadmissibility v. removability issues, Crimmigration, family-based immigration, consular processing, waivers, U and T visas, VAWA, asylum, cancellation of removal, DACA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), and naturalization, including bars to naturalization.

3. Able to work independently.

4. Able to travel on an occasional basis.

5. Able to be in-person at the office in the location above mentioned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
