Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities:

1. Immigration Court In-Person appearances;
2. Attend Master and Individual calendar hearings;
3. Represent clients before USCIS on a variety of matters;

The right candidate must have:

• MUST BE A LICENSED ATTORNEY IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
• Must be willing to appear IN PERSON at all court hearings when required;
• Must have Immigration Court experience (preferred)
• Experience in immigrant and non-immigrant visas is a plus.
