Immigration Attorney

Position:

Immigration Attorney: An attorney with at least 3 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with matters before the Immigration Court and USCIS. The candidate most have extensive experience preparing Motions to Reopen and BIA Appeals

Case Work Responsibilities:

Prepare and file Motions to reopen and BIO Appeals. Develop and pursue legal and practical strategies to place our clients on the optimal path to obtain immigration relief, including, but not limited to, Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Adjustment of Status, U-Visa and Naturalization. Appear for matters including, but not limited to, interviews with USCIS, Immigration Court hearings, and family court hearings.

Requirements:

Current New York Bar License (multiple jurisdictions will be looked upon favorably). Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
