Immigration Attorney

Immigration and Criminal Defense are our main practice areas. Currently we have an opening for an Associate Attorney in our Immigration Department.

The attorney will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the preparation of court filings, communicating extensively with clients, managing their own deadlines, overseeing Paralegals, and handling additional tasks delegated by management. The right candidate is professional, highly organized, and has a sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Immigration Law (Preferred but not required)
• Must have a license to practice law from the State Bar Association or be Licensed to practice Immigration law in Texas and have no prior disciplinary action on record
• Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organization and multitasking abilities.
• Must be skilled in negotiation, debate, and persuasion techniques
• Court Experience (Preferred but not required)
