Immigration Attorney (Bilingual Preferred)

We are looking for a compassionate and bilingual (Spanish/English bilingual preferred) associate attorney to join our dynamic team full-time!

We specialize in immigration law and traffic citations and we need a dedicated attorney to help us make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients, conduct legal research, and review, prepare and file immigration filings
• Maintain, manage, and update client files with accuracy and attention to detail
• Advise and represent clients in immigration cases, making a meaningful impact on their lives
• Represent clients at immigration hearings, USCIS interviews, and traffic hearings (if barred in Georgia)

What We’re Looking For:

• Active admission to a state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to exceeding expectations
• Collaborative team player with proven leadership abilities
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in criminal defense or personal injury matters is a plus
• Positive attitude and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Salary range of $85,000–$125,000 based on experience
