Immigration Attorney - Bilingual (Removal Defense)

Please note: This is a remote position; open to ALL candidates, preferably in the State of Texas and/or in good standing with the bar.

Position Summary:

An Immigration Attorney provides legal advice and services to individuals and families seeking assistance with immigration-related matters. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling removal proceedings, advocating for detained clients.

This role involves interpreting and applying immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to help clients navigate the complexities and evolving nature of U.S. immigration processes. The immigration Attorney’s responsibilities range from advising clients on their eligibility for various immigration benefits to representing them in hearings or before immigration authorities. The ideal person will possess in-depth knowledge and experience of immigration law, along with a compassionate approach to client interactions, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and legal integrity.
