Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled immigration attorney with experience in immigration court and a background in criminal law to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about immigration law and able to provide guidance on cases impacted by criminal or legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of immigration cases, including family-based, business, waivers, and removal defense.
• Represent clients in immigration court and other immigration proceedings.
• Provide legal guidance on the intersection of criminal law and immigration.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Experience in immigration law is required.
• Experience with criminal law is highly valued.
• Experience in immigration court proceedings preferred.
• Oklahoma Bar license preferred, but not required.
• Strong analytical, research, and client advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
