Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and guide clients in need, helping them navigate various social services and resources. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze situations effectively, and a commitment to advocating for clients' needs. The Case Worker will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they receive the assistance necessary to improve their circumstances.

Duties:

  • Prepare documents: Prepare and submit applications, letters, and other documents
  • Interview clients: Conduct interviews to gather information and help clients
  • Manage applications: Ensure applications are filed on time and meet deadlines
  • Communicate with clients: Provide information, answer questions, and keep clients updated
  • Maintain files: Organize and maintain client files with case notes and other documents
  • Research: Research immigration law to support clients and team members
  • Resolve disputes: Use strategies to address conflicts and guide clients to successful outcomes
  • Meet reporting requirements: Meet reporting requirements and standards within deadlines
  • Manage office tasks: Manage office resources, timelines, and deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
