We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Immigration Case Manager to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will work directly with our lead immigration attorney to ensure the seamless management of client cases.

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys and independently manage the lifecycle of various immigration filings, from initial case assessment through final approval.
- Acting as the lead point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates, and gathering necessary documentation.
- Draft, review, and finalize all immigration case documentation, including petitions, legal briefs, supporting evidence, and RFE responses, with well-reasoned and comprehensive legal arguments.
- Handle a broad range of business immigration matters, including EB-1A, NIW, PERM, EB-5, and O-1 cases.
- organizing physical and digital files, and ensuring all filings are submitted accurately and on time.
- Tracking critical deadlines, court dates, and interview schedules to ensure the attorney is prepared.
- Stay up to date on immigration law developments, policy changes, and regulatory updates; proactively advise attorneys and clients on legal impacts and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with the immigration team to maintain high-quality standards, streamline internal processes, and deliver superior client service.
- Prepare and complete immigration forms, supporting documentation, and translations (English ↔ Chinese).
- Identifying potential issues in documentation early and working with the attorney to resolve them.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business immigration law experience, with a proven track record in handling complex immigration cases.
- Highly Organized: Strong ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy and professionalism.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent analytical, legal research, and advocacy skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with outstanding legal writing and communication abilities.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
