Immigration Caseworker

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Immigration Caseworker to join our team and support clients with various Canadian immigration processes. The Caseworker will play a key role in managing client cases from initial contact through to application submission, ensuring all work complies with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requirements and applicable laws. This position involves direct client interaction, thorough document management, accurate form preparation, and application assembly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client calls, emails, and inquiries professionally; provide updates, clarify procedures, and gather initial case information.
  • Conduct client consultations (via phone, video, or in-person) to collect personal details, assess immigration needs, and identify the most suitable Canadian immigration pathway (e.g., Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorship, study/work permits, visitor visas, etc.).
  • Arrange, request, collect, and organize all required supporting documents from clients (e.g., passports, educational credentials, police certificates, proof of funds, employment letters, marriage certificates, etc.).
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with IRCC guidelines; follow up with clients to obtain missing or updated documents.
  • Fill out immigration application forms accurately (both paper-based and online through IRCC portals) based on client information and current program requirements.
  • Prepare complete immigration applications, including drafting supporting letters, checklists, submission packages, and any additional representations or explanations as required by law.
  • Ensure all applications meet legal and regulatory standards, including proper formatting, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Track application status, maintain organized client files (physical and digital), and provide regular progress updates to clients.
  • Assist with basic research on Canadian immigration policies, program changes, and processing requirements when needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all privacy laws, professional ethics, and regulatory obligations (e.g., those set by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants if applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in Canadian immigration processes, case management, or related administrative support (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IRCC forms, application procedures, and current immigration programs.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (additional languages are an asset).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF editing tools, cloud-based file management, and online IRCC portals.
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn immigration regulations and updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
