Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for work permits and visit visas (Europe, UK, Canada)
• Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and recommend appropriate visa solutions
• Assist clients through the entire visa application process – documentation, submission, follow‑up
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate across internal teams (documentation, legal, operations) to ensure smooth processing
• Keep accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and progress in CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Languages:
• Mandatory: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in sales or consultancy within immigration, travel visas or related fields
• Proven track record meeting sales targets, preferably in immigration or travel sectors
• Technical Skills:
• Strong communication & interpersonal abilities (face‑to‑face and over phone)
• Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Self‑driven, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Personal Traits:
• Client-focused, empathetic, and persuasive
• Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Highly ethical and discreet in handling sensitive client information

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month ( based on experience & performance)
• Incentives:
• Attractive commission or bonus structure tied to sales targets
