Full time

1. Client Consultation & Assessment

• Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and immigration goals.
• Assess client eligibility for various immigration, visa, or residency programs.
• Recommend suitable pathways based on individual circumstances (e.g., work, study, family reunification, investment).

2. Document Preparation

• Guide clients in gathering required documentation (IDs, employment history, financials, academic records, etc.).
• Prepare and review immigration applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

3. Application Management

• Submit immigration applications to appropriate authorities (e.g., IRCC, Home Office, Department of Home Affairs).
• Track and monitor application status and communicate updates to clients.
• Respond to immigration officials’ requests for additional information.

4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
• Ensure all applications meet the legal and procedural requirements of the relevant country.
• Maintain compliance with professional codes of conduct and licensing bodies.

5. Client Representation

• Act as a liaison between clients and immigration authorities.
• Represent clients during interviews, appeals, or hearings when permitted by law.

6. Recordkeeping & Case Management

• Maintain confidential client files and detailed case notes.
• Ensure all documentation and communication are well organized and stored securely.

7. Advisory & Support Services

• Advise clients on timelines, costs, and potential risks associated with immigration.
• Provide pre-arrival or post-landing guidance (e.g., settlement support, job search resources).
• Assist in renewal, extension, or change of visa/residency status when required.

8. Appeals & Refusals

• Assist clients in preparing appeals or responding to refusals and rejections.
• Review and revise submissions to improve success chances.

9. Professional Development

• Attend seminars, workshops, and training to remain informed on immigration trends and policy updates.

10. Business & Marketing (if applicable)

• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Network with educational institutions, employers, and legal firms.
• Maintain a strong online presence through websites or social media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
