Immigration Consultant

Job Summary:

The Immigration Consultant provides expert advice and end-to-end support to clients seeking to obtain visas, work permits, permanent residency, or citizenship in foreign countries. This role requires in-depth knowledge of immigration laws, strong client management skills, and a high degree of ethics and professionalism.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Case Assessment

• Conduct initial consultations to assess client eligibility for various immigration programs.
• Provide clear and accurate advice on immigration pathways, requirements, processing times, and costs.

2. Application Preparation & Processing

• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documents.
• Ensure all applications comply with the latest immigration laws and policies of the target country.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Guide clients in gathering necessary documentation.
• Verify the authenticity and accuracy of all documents to prevent fraud or misrepresentation.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with data protection laws.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on application status.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage client expectations regarding timelines and potential outcomes.

5. Legal & Ethical Compliance

• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

6. Business Development & Sales

• Convert inquiries into paid clients through consultative selling.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
