Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Immigration Consultant (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client service and a strong understanding of immigration pathways and policies. This role focuses on identifying and converting leads, guiding clients through our service offerings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for individuals seeking migration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, in-person consultations, and digital platforms
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate immigration services
• Present WeAbide®’s offerings clearly and confidently to drive conversions
• Follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal departments (legal, counseling, case management) to ensure client satisfaction
• Keep updated on changes in immigration policies across Australia, Canada, the US, and the UK
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or client relationship management (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of international immigration and education markets is a plus
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM and productivity tools
• Passion for helping clients achieve life-changing opportunities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused

Training for Immigration Consultant (Sales) Trainees

At WeAbide®, we value enthusiasm and potential over prior experience in immigration. We welcome freshers and professionals from non-immigration backgrounds who are eager to build a rewarding career in international education and migration services.

While you may already have a basic understanding of immigration systems in countries such as Australia, Canada, the US, or the UK, our structured 3-month hands-on training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed as an Immigration Executive.

Post-Training Opportunity:
